I’ve been working with individuals, groups, and organizations seeking holistic wellness and alternative healing since 2014. My background in Tantra Yoga, Tantric Meditation, and Reiki immersed me in creative intuitive techniques that allow me to work with energy.
I don’t promise shortcuts, but I do encourage people to be proactive and to be patient in their holistic journey. As a healer, I believe that when we become active seekers and co-creators of the life we want, we’ll learn to be responsible and accountable for our very own unfolding. This, to me, is key to true healing. This gives our lives depth, meaning, and best of all, it offers a leeway for hope even in the most trying chapters of our lives.
I use my growing knowledge and skills to support physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual healing. Since I began my holistic wellness practice, I’ve assisted in the healing of individuals recovering from invasive operations and those seeking assistance to overcome trauma, grief, depression, and anxiety among many other cases. Since 2017, I’ve also been actively sharing the wonders of energy healing through workshops, lectures, and women’s circles.
I work with energy through Reiki, yoga, and intuitive work in order to create depth and bring in more light and happiness into one’s life. I believe that energy work is systematic, intuitive, and mysterious. My philosophy as a light energy worker does not seek to disregard science nor the value of traditional practices. In fact, I believe in the power of a grounded healing practice that complements modern medicine, psychology, and psychiatry. My methods and style honor the value of modern developments while acknowledging and giving high regard to the wisdom found in ancient practices, and of course, the divine aspects of energy.
